We strive to offer fast shipping to anywhere within the United States (subject to federal and state regulations).

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PST)

  • We are closed on weekends and Federal Holidays

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST on Fridays will be processed on Monday

🚛 Shipping Carriers

Shipping methods depend on the product category:

  • USPS: Used for ENDS (vape-related) products — due to PACT Act compliance

  • UPS: Used for Edibles, Gummies, and Pre-Rolls

📪 PO Boxes

❌ We do not ship to PO Boxes

  • Orders with PO Box addresses will be delayed

  • Our team will contact you to request an alternate physical address

🔞 Adult Signature Required

Certain regulated items (like cartridges and disposables) require:

  • An adult (21+) signature at delivery

  • The purchaser must be present — neighbors cannot sign

  • Signature verification ensures legal and secure delivery
